SPRING 2008 ~ IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Thank you all for volunteering your time this season. Just a few reminders prior to games starting.

Game cancellations: Please check the website. Any cancellations will be postted by 7:15 am. The cancellations are not county wide. If a Culpeper Rapp game cancelled, there still may be a Madison Rapp game.

Game confirmation: I highly suggest you call your opponent by Thursday or Friday to confirm the match. If there is a mix-up on Saturday, the first question all 4 commissioners will have is:" Did you make contact with your opponent." Schedules are gone over with a fine tooth comb by Culpeper to make sure there are no errors..but we are all humans making these work!! :)

Referees: PLEASE RESPECT THE AUTHORITY OF THE REF ON THE FIELD! Teach our players that the best way to play the game is for the good of the game. It is not in the best interest of the game to berate a referee during a game. It is not easy task getting "seasoned" ref’s at the recreational level. Field Lining: Remember to keep your fields lined. Please work it out with all teams in your age group so that one team is not doingit every game. Teach some parets who sit and watch during practice how to line!!

Parking: No Parking along the fence row at the school board fields.

Portable toilets: Will be delivered by Friday April 4, 2008

REMEMBER COACHES, THIS IS REC LEAGUE. THE PLAYERS SHALL LEARN THE FUNDAMENTALS OF SOCCER IN A FUN AND SAFE ENVIROMENT.
